Dragonfly provides different loaders for importing image data — the Image Loader and DICOM Loader — and a Mesh Loader for importing meshes. Standard image files, raw data, TIFF stacks, and a number of proprietary file formats are supported by the Dragonfly Image Loader, while users who work with DICOM image files can access the DICOM Image Loader to import DICOM studies and series from local and network drives. You can import meshes saved to different file formats with the Dragonfly Mesh Loader (see Importing Meshes).
